1. Operator identification

Pack Tools is a digital platform operated by STE FLEXIBLE SOFT under the commercial name Flexible Soft, RNE / Identifiant Unique 1613427Q. Registered office: Road Tunis Km 6, Street Mongi Slim, Sekiet Ezzit Building, Sfax, Tunisia. Contact: info@sofflex.com, +216 23 845 822. Country: Tunisia.

2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the public website, Pack Tools accounts, Photobooth, Identity tools, desktop software, billing features, token packs, plan packages, and any other offer expressly referencing them. Offer-specific terms shown before purchase supplement these Terms and prevail only where they expressly differ.

A user accepts the version displayed at checkout by actively selecting the acceptance checkbox before starting payment. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

3. Digital tools and service delivery

Unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise, Pack Tools supplies software and digital services only. No physical shipping is involved, so shipping, physical returns, and physical exchanges do not apply.

Delivery is electronic through the website, application, account, download, wallet, or entitlement after the stated conditions are met and, for paid services, after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. The offer or checkout identifies what is supplied, its access period or token quantity where relevant, and any technical prerequisites.

4. Accounts and user responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials confidential.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes and ensure that uploaded photos, designs, and personal data may lawfully be processed.
  • Do not share access in a way that defeats offer limits, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected services except where law permits, or upload malicious or infringing material.
  • Notify the operator promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.

5. Offers, pricing, and subscriptions

The applicable price, currency, taxes where stated, included tokens, service duration, and essential offer details are those displayed immediately before purchase. Pack Tools does not retroactively change the price of a confirmed order.

A time-limited plan package is not automatically renewed unless checkout expressly describes recurring billing and the user separately authorizes it. Under the current purchase model, a plan is renewed only through a new explicit purchase. One-time token packs do not renew automatically.

6. Payment methods and electronic payment

Available electronic payment methods are the methods displayed during checkout. Payment may be handled on a secure page operated by an independent payment provider. Flouci may be offered only after it is activated and visibly presented at checkout; these Terms do not state that Flouci is currently operational.

A purchase is complete only after the provider and Pack Tools confirm successful payment. A pending, declined, cancelled, expired, or failed attempt does not create a paid entitlement. The user must verify the order summary and billing information before authorizing payment.

7. Cancellation, refunds, returns, and exchanges

A user may abandon or cancel a pending order before payment confirmation. Once digital delivery or performance has begun, cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

Because Pack Tools supplies digital services, physical returns and exchanges generally do not apply. Duplicate or incorrect charges, a paid service not delivered, or a material service failure should be reported through the procedure in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

The operator uses reasonable efforts to keep services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, payment-provider outages, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Material changes to a paid offer will not remove already-confirmed rights without an appropriate remedy required by law.

9. Intellectual property

Pack Tools software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and operator-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Subject to these Terms and the purchased offer, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Users retain rights in content they lawfully upload and grant the operator only the permissions needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.

10. Liability

Each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its breach, subject to applicable law. To the fullest extent lawfully permitted, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, user-supplied content, incompatible equipment, third-party networks, or a payment provider’s independent systems. Nothing excludes liability that Tunisian law does not permit to be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

A complaint should identify the account email, order or transaction reference, relevant dates, the issue, and the requested resolution, and should be sent using the contact details published on the Contact page. The parties will first attempt an amicable resolution in good faith.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached, either party may use any competent mediation, consumer-protection, or judicial procedure available under Tunisian law. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Tunisian courts.

12. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Questions about these Terms may be submitted to info@sofflex.com, by telephone at +216 23 845 822, or through the contact details published on the Contact page.
